It is a typical artifact of the Italian folk tradition where balanced and healthy Puglian recipes are slow-cooked, near the barbeque: these pots suits contemporary cuisines including braised meats and soups.
Conceived as a formal tribute to Aldo Rossi, the Italian architect who sought to create a bridge between the architecture and design of the past and contemporary works.
